We use as courier Italian Post Service and DHL, which is mainly used for very delicate and/or fragile items.

The conditions below are VALID ONLY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES.

Shipping costs in ITALY are € 6.90 (charged to the Customer) for orders less than € 49, and free for orders greater than this amount.

However, shipping costs may vary depending on the fragility of the product and its value, for which, at the discretion of the seller, shipments with insurance are mandatory and partially charged to the customer.

In such cases, while shipping over € 49 remains free, insurance may be mandatory with a variable cost from € 10 and € 15 within € 1000 of the amount purchased or 1% of the amount over € 1000.

Insurance costs are a flat rate and do not correspond to the real cost of shipping, often higher and partially offered by the seller as a customer service.
In the aforementioned cases, we advise you to collect the goods from the courier by explicitly requesting the “signature with reserve”, which means that the recipient of the goods received reserves the right to verify the integrity of the goods and, in case of damage resulting from transport, the courier will be responsible for it.
